About Nadia

Actor. Director. Writer.
Nadia started her artistic journey as a pianist at the young age of six. Over the next nine years she would continue her musical education, and through her music school she was able to perform in multiple regional concerts and competitions.

As she began to enter adulthood her passions would branch out widely leading her to study international economics at Moscow State University of Management (MSUM) at the age of 17. Her hard work over the next three years would land her a scholarship from the German Academic Exchange Program (DAAD) and she would cross the seas to spend a year at the University of Passau in Germany. After graduating with a Master’s Degree in International Business and two foreign languages (English and German) in 2002, she began her career as an auditor at KPMG and eventually became a management consultant at the international company Roland Berger. She was a massive success there and at just 27 years old became the youngest Principle of the company worldwide. She was also promoted to Partner and the Head of the Restructuring and Business efficiency optimisation Practice in CIS countries.

In 2012 she quit management consulting and returned to her artistic career. She entered the Moscow Institute for Television and Broadcasting; studying there for two years and graduating with a state approved diploma of Theatre, Film and TV acting. After completing drama school Nadia continued to expand her skillset by taking Ivana Chubbuck masterclasses in Moscow.

In 2015 she started her own theatre company “STUDIO.project” as a producer. STUDIO.project worked with the best young theatre directors; graduates of GITIS (the leading theatre institute in Russia), and became one of the largest independent (non state-financed) theatres in Moscow. STUDIO.project worked with an accomplished artistic group of 32 actors and directors while also inviting guest stars on a regular basis.

Since 2014 Nadia has performed in over 25 theatrical productions, many of them in leading roles. Between 2016 and 2019 she spent a lot of her time touring a selection of these shows across Russia and Serbia.
